I waited to write a review to make sure I had a reason...over $50k , 3 months later my motor needs to be repaired. I took the car back for them within days to fix a "sensor" dude tells me he sent his guy to pick up a part in it to make sure oil level is where it needs to be and 'sensor' was fixed...they put 20 miles on my car and when I drive back home 1 mile away, oil level goes down. Yeah they can be friendly...but I needed something that would work long term for my kids and I for that amount of money. I recommend not being intimidated by the sarcastic remarks that can make you feel stupid like "Yeah, it sounds like a chevy motor" they knew it was bad

If I could give them no stars I would. Worst experience for trying to buy a car ever. Guy that met me acted like he owned the dealership but didn't. The owner was arrogant and disrespectfuk of my vehicle. The car the showed me was not in the shape they showed on website. It was dirty and missing parts totally feel like I was duped. Thankfully I found a respectful and reputable dealership with a beautiful car at a better price. No hassles. Thank you for showing me that dealing with pop up dealerships is NOT the way to go.
Friendly guys that sold me a lemon, I purchased a 2013 Jetta from them, it was my mistake for not having a mechanic check it out before I purchased it. A week and a half later, and less then 50 miles I had a check engine light, I called twice and was told they were either not in the office or had to check with someone else and would get back to me. No return call or follow up. Let’s see what VW is going to charge for repairs! Yay!
